If you have located a SIM and cannot identify if it belongs to your account, please take the following steps:
- Search your account for the SIM by using the serial number (found on the back of the SIM) in question.
- If you have placed an order in the last 18 months, you can search for the SIM for each order from the order screen within the User Console
- If you cannot find the SIM above, it is likely that the SIM is not in use on your SORACOM account.
- If the SIM has not been registered to any account, you can register it through the User Console. Please see our documentation for full instructions.
- Soracom cannot divulge the account that the SIM does belong to if the registration has failed.
