For Soracom Air SIM cards that have an annual Renewal Fee, you can view when each SIM within your account will be billed by performing the following:
- Log into the User Console and select the SIM Management Screen from the menu in the top left.
- Select the check box next to which SIM you want to identify the renewal date, and select Details
- Under the Description tab, you will see the Renewal Fee Tracking Date
- If you want to view the Renewal date for multiple SIMs, you can select multiple SIMs in the SIM management screen, and select the Download button in the top right to download a .csv file with details of the selected SIMs
- Within the .csv file, the column titled renewalFeeStatusSetTime will display the renewal dates for each SIM selected.
