The error log is output when the SORACOM Beam, Funnel, Funk, Harvest, and Napter services do not work due to improper settings on the SORACOM side. It will be output in the following example.
- If the setting does not exist or is disabled
- If the group references a nonexistent credential or certificate
- (Beam, Funnel, Funk) If the destination server is not found (some protocols)
- (Beam, Funnel, Funk) When an error is returned from the destination server (some protocols)
This log can only be viewed for the last two weeks. Please note that older logs cannot be viewed.
How to check the error log
You can check the error log by selecting the target SIM as shown in the image below and clicking "Actions" → "Check logs".
Or you can check it by clicking the Menu in the top right, selecting "Logs and Statistics" and "Error Logs"
