After confirming the above article, if you wish to return the delivered product or exchange it due to an initial defect, please confirm that it is within 14 days after the product arrives or within the warranty period described on the product page. Please contact us through the User Console with the following information.
- Order ID
- In case of initial failure, its contents
- If you wish to return the product, whether or not it has been opened.
