Whether an order can be cancelled depends on the status it is in. You can check the status of your order at any time from the Orders page in the User Console. See below for a list of statuses and whether an order can be cancelled in a given status.
Status | Cancellation |
Processing | Self-service cancellation is possible. For more details, see Cancelling an Order. |
Kitting | Self-service cancellation is not possible. Please get in touch with our support team immediately if you need to cancel your order. |
Shipped | Your order can no longer be cancelled. |
Received | Your order can no longer be cancelled. |
