Please check if the problem can be solved by the following two procedures
1. Check if data is stored in SORACOM Harvest
Data must be stored in SORACOM Harvest Data in order to be visualized in SORACOM Lagoon. In the case of the Graph panel, only numeric data can be handled, so if it is not stored in "Chart data", it will not be displayed as an option. Be especially careful when using binary parsers.
The Table panel can also handle string data, so if JSON data is stored in "Parsed data", it will be displayed as an option.
SORACOM Harvest data can be displayed by selecting the target SIM from the user console and selecting [Actions] => [Harvest Data].
2. Refresh your browser and logout/login from SORACOM Lagoon
If the number of SIMs to be visualized increases while the SORACOM Lagoon screen is open, it may not be reflected. In this case, please try refreshing the browser or logging out/logging out of his SORACOM Lagoon.
