SORACOM IoT SIM purchased from the [Order] menu of the user console or SORACOM IoT store will be automatically registered after a certain period of time after shipment. Please note that it is calculated from the timing of shipment, not the timing of purchase. The number of days depends on SIM coverage.

In addition, you can manually confirm receipt by selecting [Register SIM] from the SIM list screen of the user console . Please also refer to SIM registration process.

Also, if you want to give (transfer) the SIM to another user, please refer to the FAQ " Can I give (transfer) the IoT SIM to another account? ".

Japan coverage (plan-D, plan-D D-300MB, plan-K2 K2-300MB, plan-DU, plan-KM1, plan-K)

It will be automatically registered 4 days after the shipping date.

Global Coverage (plan01s, plan01s - Low Data Volume, planX3)

It will be automatically registered 14 days after the shipping date.

How to check if it is automatically registered

You can check if the SIM with the order ID has been received from the order screen of the user console .
