To transfer ownership of your Soracom account or to change the account contact information, you will need to log into your Soracom User Console with the root user.
- Once logged in, click the drop down in the top right with your Soracom email address
- Select Contact information and update the contact information as needed
- Please note that Individual accounts and business accounts cannot be converted to the other
- Click the drop down in the top right with your Soracom email address again
- Select Email settings and update the contact information as needed
- Adding a Recovery Email to your account will allow you to recover your account in the event the primary email address becomes inaccessible
Please Note: Soracom Support cannot update the email or contact information for an existing User Account for any reason.
