Yes, Soracom enforces default limits on the number of Soracom Access Management (SAM) users, roles, and AuthKeys permitted per account.
The default limitations are as follows:
- 100 SAM users per account
- 20 Operator Managed Roles per account
- 2 AuthKeys per SAM user
