For Soracom IoT SIMs subject to an annual Renewal Fee, you can check the billing date for individual or multiple SIMs using the User Console.
Checking a Single SIM
- Log in to the User Console and select the SIM Management screen.
- Click the checkbox next to the SIM you want to check, then click Details.
- Click the Description tab. The date is listed under Renewal Fee Tracking Date.
Checking Multiple SIMs
To view the renewal date for multiple SIMs at once:
- From the SIM Management screen, select the desired SIMs (or check the box in the header row to select all).
- Click the Download button to export a CSV file containing the SIM details.
- Open the CSV file and locate the
renewalFeeStatusSetTimecolumn to view the renewal dates for each selected SIM.
