When the Downgrade speed class action is triggered by the Watch Service, your IoT SIM's speed class is temporarily downgraded to restrict bandwidth usage.
To configure this option:
- Login to the User Console.
- Select the checkbox next to your IoT SIM.
- Click the Details button.
- Select the Watch tab.
