If your device is not using your Custom DNS settings, it is likely because the device has manually configured DNS settings that override the console settings.
Device Network Settings
Check the network settings on the device itself. Ensure that the network interface is configured to automatically obtain DNS configuration (often via DHCP) rather than using a static DNS address.
Reconnecting the Session
If your device had an active session when you applied the changes, it will continue to use the existing DNS settings. You must disconnect and reconnect the session for the device to receive the new settings. You can do this by:
- Rebooting the device.
- Disabling and re-enabling the cellular network adapter.
- Terminating the session from the User Console.
