No, each Event Handler configuration supports only a single ruleConfig. You cannot define multiple distinct rules within a single handler entry.
To apply multiple rules to the same target, you can instead configure multiple Event Handlers for that specific target (such as a Subscriber, SIM, Group, or Operator). If a target meets the conditions defined across several different Event Handlers, all of the corresponding actions will be executed.
Please note that there is a strict limit of up to 10 Event Handlers per target type. If you require higher limits, please create a support request.
