Termination Process
You can begin the process of cancelling your Soracom account at any time from the User Console. However, please note that only the Root user can terminate an account. Users created with Soracom Access Management (SAM) do not have permission to perform this action, regardless of their assigned roles.

Troubleshooting
If you are logged in as the Root user and are still unable to terminate your account after following the documentation, please create a support request.
For security reasons, the Soracom Support Team cannot terminate an account or SIM on your behalf. However, our team can assist you in identifying why you are unable to complete the termination process on your own.
