If you enabled a Soracom Lagoon dashboard and no longer wish to utilize this service, you can unsubscribe via the User Console.
Warning: Unsubscribing from Lagoon will result in the immediate deletion of all Lagoon data, including dashboards, users, and alerts. This action cannot be undone.
To cancel the subscription, follow these steps:
- Log into the Soracom User Console.
- Select Menu, then Data Storage and Visualization.
- Select Soracom Lagoon.
- From the sidebar, select Plan & License Packs.
- Click the Unsubscribe button.
Billing Note: As per the Pricing & Fees documentation, if you unsubscribe from the Lagoon service, the fee for the active plan will apply for the current month. The subscription will not renew for the following month.
