The process for requesting access to a plan depends on the specific service you wish to use. While many plans can be activated directly, certain enterprise-grade services and specialized coverage plans require an application or consultation.
Satellite Plan (plan-NT1)
To use the satellite-based plan-NT1, you must have the plan enabled on your account. To request access, contact the Soracom Support.

Soracom Query Business and Enterprise Plans
To start a Business or Enterprise plan for Soracom Query, you must request a custom plan through the User Console:
- Log in to the Soracom User Console as the Root user.
- Open the Soracom Query screen.
- Click Contact us about this plan.
A Soracom representative will contact you to discuss your requirements and prepare a custom plan.
Soracom Door
Access to Soracom Door requires a formal application. To apply:
- Submit a support ticket.

I want to apply for a Soracom Door connectionfrom the Which category best describes your inquiry? dropdown menu. - Provide the required information in the form.
