Use the latest version of one of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome: strongly recommended for the best experience and to avoid compatibility issues as Soracom adds new features and updates its platform
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Apple Safari
Important Considerations
Mobile Devices
Mobile browsers may not work correctly with all User Console features. If you see unexpected behavior on a mobile device, switch to the latest version of Google Chrome on a Windows or Mac computer.
Troubleshooting
If you have problems with the User Console in Firefox, Edge, or Safari, switch to the latest version of Google Chrome.
If problems continue after you switch browsers, create a support request.
