Overview
The Internet Gateway setting determines whether devices connected to the Virtual Private Gateway (VPG) can access the public Internet.
- Type-F, Type-F2, and Type-G VPGs: You can enable or disable this setting when you create the VPG.
- Type-E VPGs: The Internet Gateway is always enabled by default.
Once a VPG has been created, the Internet Gateway setting cannot be modified.
Changing the Setting
If you need to change the Internet Gateway setting (for example, to switch from a closed network to one with Internet access), you must create a new VPG with the desired configuration.
Please note that creating a new VPG will incur additional setup and usage fees.
