Verify Data in Soracom Harvest
Data must be stored in Soracom Harvest Data to be visualized in Soracom Lagoon.
- Time Series Panel: This panel type (formerly Graph panel) handles numeric data. Ensure your device is sending numeric values (e.g., temperature, humidity).
- Table Panel: This panel can handle string data (e.g., JSON).
You can verify that data is reaching Soracom by checking the User Console:
- Select your SIM from the list.
- Click Actions > Harvest Data.
Refresh Soracom Lagoon
If you recently added a SIM or changed Group settings while Soracom Lagoon was open, the changes may not appear immediately.
- Refresh your browser page.
- Log out of Soracom Lagoon and log back in.

- IMSI of the SIM
- A screenshot of the Soracom Harvest Data screen for the SIM
- A screenshot of the Soracom Lagoon screen where the SIM is missing
