Checking Your Lagoon Login Information
Soracom Lagoon users are managed within the Soracom User Console. If you have forgotten your login details, the Soracom account administrator must retrieve or reset them.
Finding Your Email Address
To view the email addresses registered for Lagoon users:
- Log in to the Soracom User Console.
- In the menu, select Soracom Lagoon from the Data storage & visualization section.
- Select Lagoon Users from the left sidebar.
- The Email address for each user is displayed in the list.
Resetting Your Password
Soracom Lagoon does not have a self-service password reset feature on the Lagoon Console login screen. Passwords must be updated by the Soracom account administrator:
- Log in to the Soracom User Console.
- In the menu, select Soracom Lagoon from the Data storage & visualization section.
- Select Lagoon Users from the left sidebar.
- Click the checkbox for the target user.
- Click the Actions menu and select Update password.
- Enter the new password and click Update.
