You can terminate a Soracom IoT SIM from the User Console or by using the Soracom API. For a complete overview, please refer to the Termination guide.
Terminating an IoT SIM is a permanent action. Once a SIM is terminated, it cannot be reactivated or used again.
Terminating an IoT SIM from the User Console
- Log in to the User Console.
- From the SIM Management screen, check the box next to the IoT SIM(s) you want to terminate.
- Click the Actions menu and select Terminate.
- Review the confirmation dialog. If prompted, disable termination protection, then click Terminate.
