Soracom IoT SIMs do not restrict the frequency bands that can be used. Instead, the required frequency bands are determined by the local network operators available in your deployment region and the capabilities of your device's modem.
Network Compatibility
To establish a connection, you must ensure your device supports the frequency bands and radio technologies used by the local network operators that Soracom partners with. These technologies include:
- 2G
- 3G
- 4G/LTE
- 5G
- LTE-M
- NB-IoT
